Current Advisory Availability
RT Vertical Ascent™ provides virtual aviation advisory services for aspiring pilots, aviation families, and professionals navigating aviation career decisions.Services are coordinated remotely across multiple locations and time zones, with primary scheduling based in Eastern Time (New York / Atlanta).
CURRENT ADVISORY AVAILABILITY
Advisory sessions are generally scheduled Monday through Friday evenings between 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM Eastern Time, with limited Saturday availability by coordination.
Initial 15-minute Discovery and Review Calls are offered during selected windows, primarily Tuesday through Thursday evenings. These calls are used to review questions, intake details, pricing, and next steps before moving into a paid session or program.
Sessions are available in English, Spanish, or a combination of both.
Sunday
Limited availability for existing clients, international coordination, and scheduled support requests.
Discovery and Review Calls
Discovery and Review Calls are 15-minute introductory conversations offered during selected weekday evening windows. These calls are used to answer initial questions, review intake or application details, discuss pricing, and confirm the best next step.
Advisory Structure & Scheduling
RT Vertical Ascent™ provides remote aviation advisory support through pre-scheduled sessions designed to help clients make informed decisions with clarity and structure. Scheduling is coordinated in Eastern Time — New York / Atlanta, with limited flexibility available for international clients or special scheduling needs.
To maintain high-quality support, advisory services are provided through scheduled sessions rather than on-demand availability.
